POOL RULES
Club dues must be paid prior to use of facility by any family member
All members and their guests must sign in prior to using the facilities
Guests must pay the guest fee when they arrive and prior to using the facilities
All members and guests must WEAR their bands at all times on pool property
No running, pushing, or rough play will be permitted
No inappropriate behavior, language, gestures, or swim wear is allowed
No glass bottles or items allowed in pool fenced in area
No smoking, vaping, alcohol, drugs, weapons, or animals are allowed on Swim Club Property
No skateboard or scooter riding will be allowed in pool area or on tennis and basketball courts
No public displays of affection.
No personal music devices (bluetooth, phones, radios, etc…) are allowed to be utilized for others to hear. If you would like to listen to something other than our approved radio stations (98.7, 99.1, 99.5, 106.7), you can utilize some type of earphones or earbuds. Music for all to hear is played from the pool's radio and must be one of those four stations listed.
Diving is allowed only in the 9-foot area of the pool
Babysitters must be competent swimmers, at least 16 years of age, approved by parent, and may not supervise more than 2 children
Any teenager that uses the pool is required to fill out an emergency contact and information card before they are allowed to utilize the pool without adult supervision
Children 13 years of age and older may be dropped off at the pool without adult supervision after meeting the following criteria:
Non-swimmers may not substitute flotation devices for swimming ability
All flotation devices and pool toys must be approved by lifeguards prior to use
Any type of flying or throwing toy must be made for water activities and can only be used in the pool as long as it doesn’t interfere or endanger others, either in or out of the water.
Misconduct
- 1st offense is a verbal warning
- 2nd and 3rd offense is time on the bench
- 4th offense = parent will be notified and offender is not allowed to swim for the remainder of the day
- Sometimes, work around the pool will be substituted for time on the bench
